The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting business growth through delivering timely, accurate, and insightful data and management information products and services.
What you'll do:
As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of our client's business. You will be responsible for preparing data and management information that guides decision-making processes, developing innovative solutions to enhance data delivery, and ensuring data accuracy through rigorous auditing. Your ability to respond swiftly to ad-hoc data requests will be crucial in this fast-paced environment. Furthermore, your expertise will be called upon during the development, testing, and implementation of new or enhanced reporting systems. In addition to these responsibilities, you will also provide invaluable support to other members of the Decision Support Team.
1. Prepare data and management information to support and guide decision making with scheduled and ad-hoc reports to internal and external stakeholders.
2. Develop solutions to improve the delivery and consistency of data and management information.
3. Review and audit data to ensure its correctness; raising issues and areas for action as required.
4. Action ad-hoc requests for data from across the business.
5. Provide input and support in the development, testing, and implementation of new/enhanced reporting systems.
6. Provide support to other members of the Decision Support Team.
7. Perform any other duties as requested by your line manager.

As a Data Analyst, you bring a wealth of skills that are essential for this role. Your advanced Excel skills enable you to manipulate, manage, analyse and present data effectively. Your knowledge of SQL or similar programming languages coupled with experience in Tableau/Salesforce sets you apart. 1. Advanced Excel skills to manipulate, manage, analyse and present data.
