Office Coordinator Working for a modern family run business, that currently turns over in excess of £10 million. They have been established since the late 1940’s working with globally recognised companies. Our Client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. Responsibilities Manage daily office operations Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records. Scheduling, and collaboration among team members. Responding to inquiries and directing calls as necessary. Undertaking data entry into SAP as and when required ensuring data and prices are accurate. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes Support the team with various administrative tasks Working with the team, quote generation Requirements Proven experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
