Job summary The Elms Medical Practice in Harpenden is looking to recruit a medical receptionist/triage hub admin assistant to work Thursday PM & Friday all day (15 hours per week). We are currently looking to recruit a caring, empathetic, kind, can-do approach, hard-working and motivated individual to join our wonderfully friendly dedicated front-line team. Main duties of the job Our reception staff are the first people our patients hear on the phone or see at the front desk and we expect our patients to receive the best customer care, so we need to ensure we keep that high level of service when taking on a new member of the team. A kind, empathetic, caring, and friendly manner. The flexibility to support and help with periodic clinics such as flu clinics and have the capacity to share team availability for staff sickness, holidays and extended hours. Ability to assess own performance and take accountability for own actions, either directly or under supervision.
