Responsibilities
Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments for team members.
Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by management.
Provide support in the organization of events and meetings, including logistics and materials preparation.
Assist with data entry and maintenance of databases or tracking systems.
Support the management of office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are adequately stocked and functional.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; further qualification in a related field is a plus.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £13.58
