About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled maintenance professional to join our team in Spennymoor.
The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively maintaining manufacturing assets, completing root cause analysis and driving efficiency and quality improvements.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining all manufacturing assets with a multi-skilled team.
* Completing maintenance using a multi-skilled approach, including proactive and reactive maintenance.
* Supporting site reliability by identifying failure modes and trends, completing root cause analysis and driving agreed actions.
* Ensuring all tasks are risk assessed and reported correctly.
* Issuing work permits and supervising contractors.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will require NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a Mech/Electrical/Multi Skilled Engineering Qualification, with evidence of cross skilling.
Desirable skills include 18th Edition wiring regulations, PAT Testing, PLC qualifications, Abrasive Wheels, Welding, IOSH and Machine Safety (PILZ).
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as 25 days holiday, share scheme, enhanced pension contribution, employee platform, life assurance, employee assistance program and volunteer day.
