We have an exciting opportunity for a part time Administrator to work for an Engineering Consultancy out of their offices in Warwick, within walking distance to the train station and bus links. This Administrator position is a part time permanent role working approx. 14 hours per week (split across 3 or 4 days) on a rate of £13.25per hour (£9,646 per annum). As Administrator, you will join a small yet very friendly team of2 Structural Engineers,and support remotely across 2 other offices (Derby HQ and Leicester). As Administrator, you will support the Engineers in taking project details, fielding enquiries and typing up reports. Your responsibilities will include the following: Management of the administration activities of the office including covering the telephones, typing, scanning, photocopying etc Oversight of office inventory, including ensuring an adequate supply of consumables, such as stationery, printer ink and first aid box Managing office correspondence and communication Fielding enquiries for the Structural Engineers Assist with the production of project reports etc. Record and follow up actions from internal meetings Gather information for sales invoicing Update company records including holiday charts and sickness Schedule meetings and appointments We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience: Previous experience as an Administrator or similiar Good IT skills in MS Office, specifically Excel and Word Excellent written communication skills with a good level of numeracy Highly organised Benefits Include: 22 days annual leave entitlement Christmas shutdown bank holidays Profit Share Bonus paid annually Free parking Onsite Pension Scheme Please apply today or call us to discuss this Administrator position in more detail
