This role involves creating innovative control algorithms, ensuring system stability, efficiency, and safety. The Control Systems Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced control solutions, fostering the continuous improvement of the fuel system's performance and reliability. Key to this role is the development of fault detection and diagnostic algorithms, enabling prognostic responses to potential issues and ensuring the overall health and reliability of the system.
Responsibilities in this role include:
* Develop and implement advanced control strategies for the Liquid Hydrogen Fuel System.
* Develop fault detection and diagnostic algorithms.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
* Implement and ensure compliance with Lifecycle Management and Engineering processes.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives related to the hydrogen fuel system.
Apply if you have most of the following:
* Proficiency in fault detection and diagnostic algorithm development.
* Strong programming skills in relevant languages.
* Familiarity with sensors, actuators, and feedback control mechanisms.
* Strong project and risk management skills.
* Experience in manufacturing of mock-ups and prototypes.

* Experience in real-time control implementations.
* Experience in control system design for liquid hydrogen handling highly desired.
Education
* Degree level or equivalent in a STEM or adjacent discipline.
