ECT Primary Teacher

Position: ECT Primary Teacher
Location: Sleaford
Key Responsibilities as a Primary Teacher:
1. Plan and deliver engaging and lessons for primary students.
2. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
3. Assess and provide constructive feedback on students' work, ensuring their continuous growth and development.
4. Organise and participate in extracurricular activities, such as clubs, and competitions.
5. Collaborate with colleagues and promote interdisciplinary learning.
Requirements:
6. Valid teaching certification for primary education UK (PGCE or QTS).
7. Bachelor’s degree in history or related field (master’s degree preferred).
8. Proven experience teaching at the primary level (preferred).
9. Local to the Sleaford area (driver is preferred).
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
11. Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
12. Hold an Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
