Hours 37.5 hours a week- Monday- Friday

Our client, a national leader in the fashion retail sector are looking for a Stock Administrator to join their team based at the Carlisle Office.
The primary function of this role is to control the allocation and replenishment processes to ensure that the optimum levels of stock are achieved in all stores.
This position is ideal for someone who is looking to forge a career in either buying or fashion merchandising within a head office environment.
Job responsibilities -
1. Supporting the Buying and Merchandising teams with regards to stock movement and trading strategies
2. Using the Allocation and Replenishment system to
3. Set stock levels for stores
4. Allocate new lines and monitor replenishment
5. Complete price changes
6. Raise orders for stores
7. Communicating with Stores and Suppliers on a daily basis
8. Data input
9. Implementing the Range and Space Plans
The ideal candidate would -
10. Be educated to degree level (but not essential).
11. Have excellent computer skills, particularly excel.
12. Have a keen interest in Fashion.
13. Have good time management skills.
14. Able to work as part of a team.
15. Able to work in a fast paced industry.
16. Have a passion for retail.
17. Have excellent people skills/ relationship management skills.
18. Have attention to detail and be extremely organised
19. Have strong analytical skills.
