Quality Manager - Learning Disabilities & Autism

£50,000 per annum plus car allowance
Hybrid working: 3 days service-based / 2 days working from home

Company Overview:
TRC is working with a small provider based in Greater Manchester that delivers specialised care for people with learning disabilities and autism, either in a residential setting or a supported living scheme.
The Role:
We are looking to source a Quality Manager to support the development of the company's quality assurance framework and to assist the care homes and supported living services in ongoing and continuous improvement.
As a Quality and Compliance Manager, you will need to have up-to-date knowledge of legislation, regulation, policy, and best practice as applied to social care and services. You will have proven experience as a Quality Manager or in a similar leadership role within the healthcare sector.
You will be working as part of the Quality and Compliance Team and reporting to the Director of Quality to oversee and support the regulatory and quality performance care services within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide support and guidance to services on compliance with regulatory requirements, adherence to best practice guidance, delivering on a quality improvement plan, and implementing a revised governance.
2. Provide support, guidance, and expertise on quality and regulatory matters to care services and support services in meeting regulatory requirements and in continuous improvement.
3. Support the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives within the company and contribute to quality and performance reports.
4. Assist in the standardisation and maintenance of governance systems within care services, including monitoring performance, compliance, and adherence to internal KPIs, with early escalation of identified issues.
Requirements:
1. Must be a driver with own car.
2. Must have experience in a quality-specific position.
3. Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations.
4. Ideally, hold Level 5 qualification.
