Requirements
1. Level 3 Diploma/NVQ in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Systems
2. F Gas
3. Full UK Driving Licence
4. Able to participate in an on-call rota
Day-to-day duties:
1. Planned maintenance, reactive maintenance
2. Breakdowns and repairs
3. Minor installation / Project work
4. Carrying out paperwork required (log books, RAMS, permit to work, etc.)
5. Overseeing subcontractors
6. Systems include:
1. Manufacturers: Carrier, Daikin, Trane, Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, Hitachi, and McQuay
2. Splits/multi-splits: filter changes, condenser changes, re-gassing
3. VRV/VAV/VRF: filter changes, condenser changes, re-gassing
4. Close control units (Denco/Liebert) within computer rooms, communications rooms, or data centers
5. Versatemp units
6. DX Units
7. Chillers: condenser changes, re-gassing
8. Ammonia Plant
9. Gland Packing
10. Heat Pumps
