A luxury golf and lodge resort seeks a dedicated Chef de Partie to maintain kitchen standards, run a section during service, and support the Head Chef in menu creation.
About the Resort:
* Located just outside a historic market town, the resort is undergoing major development.
* A new Members Bar is being built in the Lake House, serving golf members, lodge owners, and private events.
* The resort features fresh produce and offers a unique dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain kitchen and food hygiene/safety standards.
* Run your own section during service, ensuring high-quality dishes are produced.
* Support the Head Chef in creating and fine-tuning menus and developing recipes.
* Assist in the training and management of junior staff.
* Ensure smooth kitchen operations and maintain high standards during service.
About You:
* Minimum 12 months of experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
* L1 & L2 Food Safety Awards.
* Hold a minimum NVQ L2 in Catering.
* Knowledge and understanding of COSHH and chemical safety.
* Creative, kind, and caring with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to run your section efficiently during service.
* Passionate about progressing in your culinary career.
* Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
