About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Concierge to join our team at a leading property management company. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing various aspects of building operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service:
o Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere to residents, guests, and visitors.
o Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and efficiently.
o Build strong relationships with residents and foster a positive community environment.
* Building Operations:
o Monitor building systems and report any issues to the appropriate departments.
o Assist with security protocols, including access control and visitor management.
o Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
o Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning staff to ensure the building is well-maintained.
