About Your Opportunity:
As an experienced developer you will be looking to pursue technical leadership opportunities with an aspiration to take on more responsibilities of technical project delivery.
With your technical lead, this role provides software development plans and sprint planning goals which give our customers their competitive edge. Working autonomously on highly assured and documented code, you are able to empower others with clear accountability and set the example for junior engineers.
You will be granted opportunities to lead customer demonstrations and Proof-of-Concept feature development; your contributions will be pivotal to defining possible to our customer’s most intricate problems.
Your Responsibilities:
* You will deliver well-designed, documented and tested code in Python, C, C++, C# and/or Java.
* Responsible for design decisions of features to be implemented in complex software projects.
* Internal team champion and mentor for high assurance development methodologies and robust documentation.
* Lead Proof of Concept feature development with opportunities to present research to our customers.
* Stakeholder in defining CICD pipeline processes and testing methodologies for project deliveries.
* Able to perform autonomously with a high degree of flexibility.
Your Experience:
* Can demonstrate proficiency across two or more programming / scripting languages; with an aptitude to learn others. Particular emphasis on a native language paired with Python.
* Experience of designing and developing innovative software solutions whilst remaining up to date on future technologies / trends.
* Experience of debugging and disassembling third-party tools and libraries.
* Demonstrable experience leading agile project deliverables through to completion and within agreed timeframes.
* Ability to communicate confidently with both internal and external stakeholders.
