An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Transformation Team supporting acute and community services across Tameside & Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust. We are looking for a dynamic Band 2 Transformation Clerical Officer who is highly motivated and innovative to join a dynamic team and support all general administration duties.
Successful applicants are required to have experience of general administration duties. They will need to be organised and a highly motivated individual who can work autonomously and as part of a team.

Main duties of the job
The role will support the Transformation Team by providing comprehensive clerical support. Support the team by managing diaries, which includes scheduling and co-ordinating meetings, appointments, and events as required.
Coordinate, prepare, and disseminate documentation in relation to projects and their associated meetings. Prepare agendas, take notes, and undertake general administrative duties.
Contribute to the corporate management style of the team to develop, implement, and maintain effective office systems and procedures.
Pivotal role in managing & supporting the Transformation event. Take a lead role in the development and maintenance of a webpage for the team. Support the team in the development and regular production of a variety of media to communicate the work of the team to the wider organisation.
This role may at times require providing support to the Transformation Team at Stepping Hill Hospital, Stockport NHS Foundation Trust.

* GCSE pass or equivalent in Maths and English
* Evidence of recent and ongoing learning
* Evidence of higher level education
* Recognised IT qualification
