Job Title: Learning Support Assistant Location: North West England, Cheshire, Macclesfield Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £85 - £95 Per day Job Duties: Provide support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities Assist teachers in implementing individual education plans Help students with personal care and hygiene tasks, if necessary Support students in accessing the curriculum and classroom activities Monitor and track student progress and behaviour Collaborate with teaching staff and parents to address student needs Required Qualifications: Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities Good communication and interpersonal skills Education: GCSEs in English and Maths Experience: Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of special education needs and inclusive practises Ability to work effectively in a team environment Patience and empathy when working with students Preferred Qualifications: Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification First Aid certification Working Conditions: Work within a school setting Regular interaction with students, teachers, and parents Potential for personal care assistance All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
