Overview
As a Sales Engineer, Industrial Refrigeration, and Heat Pumps at Carrier Commercial Refrigeration, your primary task will be to grow sales within the industrial natural refrigeration and heat pump segment, build and maintain close partnerships and businesses with customers, i.e., installers, consultants, key end users. You'll also be responsible for advising customers, overall design/specification of the project, overall calculation, initial contact with subcontractors, and preparation of offers. Finally, your goal will be to develop sales strategies for the segment and secure the company's leading position in CO2 cooling and heating in the industrial segment.
Responsibilities
1. Technical project sales;
2. Maintaining and expanding cooperation & partnership with equipment installers;
3. Technical prescription with consultants and key end users;
4. Specification and overall design of facilities in close collaboration with the customer;
5. Initial contact with subcontractors;
6. Calculation of prices;
7. Quotation including offer follow up.
Qualifications
As part of our Sales team, you should have the following:
1. Previous sales experience in Refrigeration, HVAC, or any related industry which requires technical project sales to industrial companies;
2. Experience in sales project management;
3. Knowledge of the refrigeration industry (experience with CO2 refrigerant cooling will be a plus);
4. Command of customer relationship management platforms such as Salesforce;
5. Knowledge of digital tools suitable for sales such as LinkedIn, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint;
6. UK driving license.
