Role Overview:
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, driving sales growth, and promoting Chalice Medical’s range of products. You will play a key role in increasing awareness and adoption of our medical devices in hospitals and surgical centres.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the medical device sector;
* Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including surgeons, perfusionists, and hospital procurement teams;
* Present and demonstrate Chalice Medical products effectively to key decision-makers;
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business;
* Provide exceptional customer support and training to ensure optimal product use;
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges;
* Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to enhance customer satisfaction;
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions; and
* Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company and expand the customer base.
Person Specification:
* Degree-educated, preferably in a relevant field such as healthcare, life sciences;
* Proven experience in sales, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry;
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently;
* Ability to understand and articulate complex medical technologies;
* Must be UK-based;
* Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight trips to Europe;
* A full, clean UK driving licence.
