As we continue to innovate, we are seeking a skilled and proactive ICT Systems Administrator to maintain, secure, and optimize our ICT systems, ensuring seamless and efficient operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain ICT systems, ensuring security, reliability, and efficiency.
* Provide Level 2 technical support, troubleshooting software and system issues.
* Monitor system health through regular maintenance, upgrades, and security patches.
* Implement system upgrades and manage change control processes to minimize business disruption.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to optimize IT operations.
* Develop and maintain system documentation to ensure business continuity.
* Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring our systems remain up to date and secure.
You will work closely with helpdesk teams, business users, product owners, and external IT vendors to deliver high-quality IT services across the organization.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
* A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows 10, Exchange, Azure, SharePoint Online, Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365, and SSL certificate management.
* Experience supporting and configuring SaaS products and cloud services.
* A solid understanding of ITIL processes (ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage).
* A problem-solving mindset and the ability to own issues from identification to resolution.
* The ability to partner with business users to define IT requirements and deliver effective solutions.
