Office based position with 1 day working from home
Circa £45,000
You will be joining one of the UK’s fastest growing direct-to-consumer brands, with an experienced founding team and a product you can truly be proud of. The team is on a mission and their culture and drive are infectious.
You’ll be joining a fully funded business now in its fourth year of operation, working in a brand new 25,000 sq. Ft HQ & production facilities that are targeting a £1 billion valuation within 5 years.
The role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to make a genuine, tangible impact on the organisation, whilst making the role their own. It represents a real chance to decide what route your career takes next.
You will have a wide scope of responsibilities with the role initially encompassing the end-to-end lifespan of the product within the business, from sourcing ingredients and packaging all the way through to the finished product leaving the building.
Broadly the role will involve:
* Sourcing (including identifying alternative options for existing products and supporting the NPD process)
* Negotiation
* Procurement
* Inventory Control
You will also work very closely with the Production Team and assist with scheduling and planning.
The range of products under your control will include:
* Fresh, frozen and ambient ingredients for the manufacturing process
* Primary & tertiary packaging
* Finished product
With a direct line into the COO you’ll have direct access to the key decision makers in the business and benefit from their support and backing.

The position requires a driven individual who enjoys autonomy and thrives in a challenging environment.
Bringing a wide range of knowledge and experience to the position, you will have worked in a fast-paced FMCG environment and possess a positive, can-do attitude.
You’ll be expected to demonstrate a strong understanding of all aspects of the buying function and ideally have direct experience within a food production environment or show willing to learn and adapt to as required.
You will naturally be a strong communicator with good interpersonal skills who can successfully connect with team members at all levels.
