The purpose of the Part Exchange Executive role is to provide support for the Part Exchange Manager to ensure the smooth running of the in-house Part Exchange facility.
This role will primarily focus on the purchasing of customer existing properties, the remarketing and reselling of the existing property portfolio and driving resales through to exchange and completion as swiftly as possible, providing accurate forecasting to assist with funding-management.
As a Part Exchange Executive, you will:
