Coyne Recruitment is seeking a motivated B2B Sales Consultant to join a dynamic and proactive sales team in a vibrant office environment with a hybrid working model. In this role, you will develop new customer relationships through a consultative sales approach, focusing on the benefits of training, learning, and sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain sustainable business relationships via phone, email, and video calls, with occasional client visits (optional).
* Identify business opportunities and provide accurate sales forecasts.
* Prepare quotes and proposals for prospective customers.
* Deliver effective customer service and manage customer enquiries.
* Maintain relevant management information systems.
* Prospect for new customers and expand the client base.
* Participate in team meetings and share best practices with colleagues.
* Review personal sales performance to meet or exceed targets.
* Support the Team Leader in strategic sales initiatives and contribute to product development.
Qualifications:
* General education to at least GCSE standard or equivalent, including English and Maths.
Experience and Skills:
* Proven experience in a sales environment.
* Strong selling skills with the ability to articulate ideas effectively.
* Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
* Ability to manage tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
* Telesales experience is essential.
* Experience in a B2B or education background is preferred but not essential.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) are essential.
