Job Title: Field Repair Manager
We are looking for a Field Repair Manager to join our well-established Mansfield Branch. Stannah is a proud leader of the global lift market, focused on the future and keeping our products at the cutting edge of safety and innovation.
As a part of the management team within the branch, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and exceeding business goals. As the Field Repair Manager, you'll lead a team of skilled Lift Engineers and subcontractors, guiding them towards successfully achieving our Business Plan targets for major and minor repair fulfillment. You'll have the opportunity to shape and inspire your team, ensuring that they consistently deliver exceptional service that aligns with our company values and Health and Safety standards.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with previous experience within the lift industry to join a passionate, dedicated team. Our ideal candidate would have proven experience within the lift industry, ideally within a management role or senior technical engineering role.
The successful candidate will be based from our Mansfield Service Branch; however, travel throughout the East Midlands is to be expected. A full UK driving licence is essential. You will receive a competitive salary plus a benefits package which includes a company car/car allowance.
Responsibilities:
1. Efficiently plan engineer workloads including the allocation of repair works.
2. Maintenance of a Portfolio.
3. Manage absence, performance, and appraisals for the team.
4. Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety procedures.
5. Conduct risk assessments and method statements.
6. Carry out regular site monitoring.
7. Maintain relationships with customers, addressing any queries and complaints.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience working within the lift industry or similar service industry with transferable skills is essential.
2. Relevant technical or management qualifications would be desirable.
