About the Team
You would be working within the Education Capital and Sufficiency Team supporting the Council’s statutory duty to ensure there is sufficient education provision and a viable local supply exists to meet local need and demand across early years, primary and secondary school provision, post 16 and special education needs and disabilities (SEND) provision.
About the Role
You would provide project support to the Education Sufficiency Team to ensure that information to initiate and drive projects for reorganisation, expansion, and the creation of new education provision is accurate and timely.
Key Requirements
* Ability to research, analyse and produce information to support school organisation projects and formulate reasoning for education contributions from proposed housing developments.
* Ability to coordinate and facilitate consultations in accordance with statutory timescales and local government governance processes.
* Ability to maintain and update accurate data to facilitate pupil forecasting and DfE data returns.
