We are excited to partner with the UK's largest retail bank, which is seeking a Business Support Admin based in Andover for a 12-month contract.
Position Details:
* Location: Andover (5 days a week on-site)
* Duration: 12 Months
* Start Date: Immediately
* Status: Inside IR35
Role Overview:
The Business Support Admin will support the smooth operation of the business by providing administrative and customer service support, playing a vital role in the team.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience in Business Support or similar administrative roles
* Strong multitasking and workload management skills
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Experience handling customer inquiries via phone and email
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone and email
* Manage and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
* Assist with general administrative duties
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
