Hariley Solutions are currently seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our client's dynamic team in Shrewsbury. If you have a proven track record in Finance and are looking for a new opportunity to excel in a fast-paced environment, this role could be the perfect fit for you!
Responsibilities:
* Managing transactional team and overseeing/reviewing sales ledger, purchase ledger, stock, cash, Bank and GL entries.
* Take responsibility for ensuring that the financial processes, systems and controls are operating effectively
* Responsibility for maintaining statutory records for the business
* Company Taxation management
* Fixed asset & Capital Allowances
* Treasury management.
* Liaison with Banks, forecasting & MI data submission.
* Budgeting & forecasting (Cashflow, Balance sheet)
* Liaise with auditors and preparing audited accounts
* Project management of process changes and implementations
* Balance Sheet Reconciliations
* Other adhoc duties including reception & departmental cover
Requirements:
* Carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.

* Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications
* ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
* 5-10 years experience in operational financial & statutory accounts.
* GL and Balance sheet reconciliations.
* Financial controls & risk management
* AS400 accounting system experience.
