If you're in a 360 recruitment role currently, but struggling for whatever reason, please make contact to discuss the business we're partnering with. Nowhere is perfect, but this firm do a LOT of things the right way and the grass is actually greener!
You'll be treated like an adult and not held over a barrel with silly KPI's. Yes, you'll have targets but these will be realistic and you'll be given access to a LOT of great clients as well as technology and systems to enable you.
The leadership team is stable and established and there's cash in the bank. In these tough times, these guys are a shining light! They're realistic in what they want and what they expect - experienced recruiters who want to work in a professional environment.
Hybrid working on offer too - ideally 3 or 4 days in the office, but if you have commitments before or after work, these will be accommodated. It's not a 'clock in, clock out' mentality. If you're meeting clients or candidates, you can WFH and manage your own diary. We've placed a lot of people here and they genuinely have flexibility.
If you have a background in agency recruitment across IT, A&F, Marketing, HR or Engineering, then we would be interested in discussing things further.
Base salary is commensurate with experience, but this business pays in the upper quartile and also offers a very good benefits package. Sure, some other agencies pay a higher percentage on commission, but you'll be working twice as hard and have a large target on your back compared to here.
We're only looking for recruiters who are in current agency / 360 recruitment roles, rather than onsite or internal recruiters.
