About the Role:
As a Care Home Deputy Manager, you will support the delivery of high-quality care in our Barchester care home. You will work closely with the General Manager and take on leadership duties in their absence. Your responsibilities will include ensuring care standards, motivating your team, and inspiring a multidisciplinary team to provide the best possible quality of life for every resident.
You will lead by example, monitoring standards through regular audits, supervised clinical practice, and checking regulatory compliance. You will set the highest standards and develop strategies to achieve your goals.
About You:
To be successful as a Care Home Deputy Manager, you will need experience in caring for residents with different health needs. You should have a proven track record in managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments. Additionally, you should have some HR experience, a strong knowledge of sales and marketing, and an understanding of budget management.
Furthermore, you will be compassionate, resilient, and determined to deliver high-quality care in our engaging and energetic environment.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
