As Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the General Manager in all aspects of pub management. From mentoring a well-established, motivated team to delivering outstanding guest experiences, your passion and expertise will help keep us at the top of Lincoln’s pub scene.

What are we looking for?
* Previous supervisory experience in a high-volume hospitality environment is preferred.
* A friendly, outgoing personality with a good sense of humour to engage and inspire your team.
* A strong work ethic, with the ability to think on your feet, maintain a can-do attitude, and get things done under pressure.
* A creative thinker who isn’t afraid to think outside the box and find new ways to improve processes or the guest experience.
* A resilient leader who thrives in a busy environment and can bring their own experience to enhance our operation.
* Flexibility to adapt to a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and busy summer periods.
What will you be doing?
As Assistant Manager, you’ll:
* Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business and take full responsibility when they’re not around.
* Use your leadership and communication skills to train, inspire, and develop your team to deliver high-quality food, drink, and service.
* Be a role model, guiding team members to be their best and fostering a positive workplace culture.
* Help the team deliver surprise and delight moments for our guests, ensuring they keep coming back.
* Take on various champion roles to ensure the team meets and exceeds all key performance indicators (KPIs).
