Customer Service Administrator
Permanent position with a forward-thinking manufacturing company in Doncaster. We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator for a busy environment.
Duties:
1. Managing customer accounts and providing updates within customer deadlines.
2. Ensuring all necessary customer record documents and internal systems are complete.
3. Supporting roles to ensure vehicles arrive on time.
4. Dealing with customer complaints and support requests.
5. Arranging both warranty and chargeable repairs.
6. Processing sales of vehicle accessories, racking, and accident damage.
7. Contacting and liaising with customers as required.
8. Liaising with third-party suppliers as needed.
9. Liaising with internal departments.
10. General administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
1. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in writing and verbally.
2. Leadership skills are preferable.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Accuracy in all tasks.
5. Ability to learn technical information quickly.
6. Flexibility as the work can be varied.
7. Strong organisational skills.
8. Excellent computer skills, knowledge of programs such as Excel preferred.
