About The Opportunity

TES 2000 has a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established rail safety company as Rail Support Assistant within the Possession Management Department in the Anglian region. As a Rail Support Assistant, you will join our Possession Management Department on a 0-hour contract, with availability of mainly nights during the weekend. We are ideally looking for new colleagues based in and around Cambridge - please note that being a driver is essential for this role. We can offer development opportunities to help you achieve your potential! We are able to offer various pay models including Umbrella, CiS, and PAYE. We want to give you the flexibility to suit your lifestyle and needs. Training, which is fully funded, will be held at our Colchester office starting on April 10th 2025 to May 9th 2025. Interviews will be on Wednesday 19th March.

About You
To access the fully funded training with TES you must:
* Be aged 19+
* Be able to pass a Network Rail Medical and Drugs & Alcohol Screening
* Willing to travel within an hour across the Anglian region (Driver essential)
* Be available for the duration of the training dates
The Rail Possession Support Staff typical shift:
* Carry out safety critical tasks under the control of the Person In Charge of Possession (PICOP)
* Place marker boards and detonators within safe working limits to create safe work sites on the rail lines
* To comply with all safety requirements
* Ensure all PPE is worn as required
* Use all tools appropriately and correctly
* Attend all courses and team briefs as required
* Maintain good timekeeping and attendance
* To act in a professional manner
