Here at the Bread Factory, we produce artisanal sourdough made with our original 30-year-old starter that we began with. We have grown monumentally in the last year and are looking to expand our customer care team to ensure our customers are still receiving the same level of fantastic service to match our brilliant product. You will join a friendly and upbeat team, who already have strong relationships with our customer base, and are looking to bring in like-minded individuals to further this.
Every day is different at The Bread Factory, but here are some of the things you will be doing:
You will be the first point of contact for all customers of The Bread Factory and successfully answer any incoming inquiries. You will report to the Head of Commercial, and work closely with our Account Manager and customer care team. Your main objectives in this role will be to support the HOC with all administrative work as outlined below:
* Administrative tasks included but not limited to; issuing credits, setting up new customers, data tracking.
* Use of CRM system to input orders, organization of rounds, and pricing structures.
* Dealing with complaints from customers in a timely manner, including tracking and resolutions.
* Receiving orders over the phone, email, text, and WhatsApp.
* Advising customers on product range and upselling where possible.
* Liaising with accounts for any invoicing queries.
* Liaising with the logistics team for any delivery queries.

Previous experience in customer care and administration is required.

Shift Times:
* Part Time – 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am – 12pm.
* One Saturday cover approximately every 6 weeks with the Monday back in lieu.
* £13,000/per year.
