At Debbie Burbage Recruitment, we’re pleased to be working exclusively with our Milton Keynes client to assist them in recruiting a capable and reliable Sales, Purchasing and Ecommerce Administrator to join their team. This role will suit someone who enjoys variety in their day, has a strong sense of responsibility, and takes pride in keeping things organised and running smoothly. You'll be working within a clean, office environment, dealing with medium-volume, high-value products to ensure the accurate and timely handling of sales, purchasing, and Ecommerce administration. The Role Reporting to the Finance and Office Manager. You’ll be involved in a broad range of day-to-day tasks, including: Accurately processing goods in and out, ensuring stock is received correctly and booked in with the correct labels. Preparing and dispatching customer orders, ensuring everything is picked, packed, and documented properly. Handling courier collections and returns (RMAs). Managing sales and purchase order processing, including credit checks, customer acknowledgements, and invoicing. Processing Ecommerce orders. Keeping the storeroom and workspace clean, tidy, and well-organised. Supporting stock takes as needed. Looking after incoming and outgoing post. Managing your inbox and supporting general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and ordering supplies. Answering phone calls politely and professionally, and directing queries appropriately. The Candidate You’re organised, dependable, and comfortable managing a varied workload. You enjoy getting stuck in and don’t mind a hands-on role. You’re confident using computer systems and are happy learning new ones. You take pride in keeping things neat, efficient, and accurate. You work well with others and communicate clearly and kindly.
