My client in Wakefield are looking for a Sales Administrator to join a their busy and professional office. This is a varied role in a busy office environment to include some of the following daily duties: Sales order processing and Filing Online orders and query management Inbound Telephone Order Taking Customer Service - Inbound / Outbound Telephone Calls, Sales Quotations, Advising customers on Deliveries. Marketing / Brand Awareness - develop existing portfolio Supporting Sales / Customer service staff. Building relationships with sales team to generate additional revenue by actively promoting the complete portfolio of products. General Administration Tasks. Sage 50, Amazon and Ebay online experience is preferred as main platforms although Training will also be provided. Sales and Customer service experience preferred.
