We are looking to appoint highly motivated, enthusiastic, reliable and proactive Learning Support Practitioner (Polish speaking) with excellent communication skills and the ability to form strong relationships with children and young people.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will:
4. Be educated to GCSE grade 4-9 or equivalent in English and Maths
5. Act as a role model, be able to empower, motivate and provide a high level of support for the team and young people.
6. Demonstrate experience of acting ethically, with integrity and empathy as well as commitment to working towards these values
7. Be passionate in motivating, inspiring and safeguarding young people and the team members in their care.
8. Embrace and support the school’s Quality of Life and Positive Behaviour Support ethos.
9. Have the ability to develop positive and sustainable relationships with children and young people.
10. Be an outstanding practitioner able to provide stimulating learning opportunities.
11. Be a creative and reflective individual who inspires confidence in meeting the needs of our young people.
12. Be highly motivated and able to contribute to collaborative working with colleagues and wider partners.
13. Be able to demonstrate resilience, motivation and commitment.
14. Have a cheerful outlook and mind-set, embracing the positive physical and mental health and wellbeing ethos. This includes role modelling self-care and reflection as part of our wider strategy.
15. Have the ability to promote and celebrate diversity, collaboration, and equality at all times.
16. Be honest and act with integrity, be trustworthy and understand the need for confidentiality.
Special Educational Needs experience is not essential but a willingness to learn and understand the complex needs of our children and young people; drive, aspiration and achievement and the ability to promote quality of life most certainly is.
