A shift allowance is payable on top of the basic salary whilst working on rotating shifts. Person Specification You will be capable of engaging and influencing others with the ability to challenge the status quo and drive improvements as part of a team and on your own with high levels of resilience. You will have a flexible approach, be highly analytical and be comfortable with numbers, as detailed financial appraisal is an essential requirement (training is provided). You will have a strong determination to succeed in a demanding environment you will need to be able to demonstrate business acumen and an ability to think on your feet.
