We are recruiting for a top Architects practice in Windsor who are specialists in high-end residential and commercial design. This dynamic and award-winning practice is looking for a Practice Manager to run all aspects of their small, friendly practice, including some PA capability for their three senior partners.
Your duties will be many and varied, covering project support, office systems, bookkeeping, basic HR, facilities, and some PA support. You will be the 'go-to’ person for staff members, as well as liaising with their high-net-worth clients, contractors, and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be highly skilled, self-motivated, and a real 'people-person’. Previous experience working in an architectural or design setting would be desirable. You will be IT savvy, proactive, with the ability to manage and prioritize your own workload. You will be keen to take on extra responsibilities as and when they arise, working closely with the Directors to drive the business forward.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of this role, hybrid working will not be possible. This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated individual to truly make a difference and make the role their own.
