About Our Client
Our client is committed to providing exceptional services for disabled children, young people, and adults. As the Service Delivery Lead, you will be a pivotal force in ensuring the delivery of the services and maintaining and enhancing the quality of our Ofsted and CQC regulated activities.
Job Description
* Ensure all regulated services are meeting their registration requirements* Ensure systems and processes used by each service are aligned recognising and addressing shared issues and opportunities/synergies* Seek to continuously improve current working practices both in ways of working and service delivery* Ensure policies are implemented and followed consistently by the services and that record keeping is of a high standard, especially in relation to:

4. Safeguarding
5. Medication
6. Health and Safety
* Work with service leads to identify and source appropriate training for themselves and their teams* Work with managers to ensure continuity and consistency in the way 'supervision' and 'appraisals' are managed* Ensure formal and informal processes- including supervision and appraisal - are in place to support service managers and to take their thoughts and views into consideration* Responsible for induction process for new staff working in the services* Plan, organise and deliver cross organisation training and 'team' days and events* Ensure recruitment processes and support meet the needs of the service managers and that policies are implemented effectively* Ensure the equipment and spaces used are safe, suitable and in good repair* Work with managers to ensure contracts and budgets are managed and delivered within set tolerances* Ensure that service user information is accurately and correctly collected and stored* Ensure all personal information is held and shared in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR)* Work with the Director of Operations to develop and implement a quality assurance framework for all services and appropriate service governance* Monitor and analyse safeguarding concerns, incidents and accidents to identify trends and areas for improvement.
The Successful Applicant
* Experience of working in a regulated care environment at a senior level including managing others* Significant experience of working with disabled children, young people and adults* High level understanding of the resourcing, planning and delivery of front line services including relevant processes (eg bookings, managing incidents etc)* Knowledge and awareness of relevant legislation affecting work with children and young people and adults
