Our client based in Leighton Buzzard is looking for an experienced Quality Engineer within Operations to join their team. To qualify for this role, you must have previous Quality Engineering experience, dealing with customer complaints, and root cause analysis investigation methods to resolution. You will be leading a team, coaching and supporting them, while possessing excellent reporting experience within Quality Control. Attention to detail, reliability, and a hardworking attitude are essential in this fast-paced environment.
Duties:
1. Delivering Quality product support to customers.
2. Customer complaint handling, ensuring a resolution.
3. Leading a team.
4. Root cause investigation methods.
5. Reviewing changes including new equipment approval.
6. Supporting internal audits.
7. Producing reports when needed.
Someone with experience within Engineering and Production businesses would be beneficial.
