Here at Serco, we are looking for an ER Relationship Co-ordinator Apprentice to support the ER Relationship Manager with administration, reporting and analytics. You will review and support with the administrative activity of updating of policies and processes within ER, review occupational health referrals looking at quality of referrals and supporting managers and additional support with communicating to the business confirmation of appointments and attendance by the employee.
As part of this you’ll:
1. Manage do not attends on a weekly basis. Highlighting contracts with persistent issues and liaising with managers to understand and educate.

3. Provide effective advice and coaching in relation to occupational health referrals.
4. Work with sensitive data in line with data protection legislation.
5. Demonstrate a high level of empathy and patience using the customer first approach.
6. Make outbound contact with the customers to assist in resolution of queries and support in within occupational health queries.
7. Provide excellent customer service in all interactions with UK Serco employees and partners.
8. Maintain the appropriate level of process knowledge, customer satisfaction, and quality metrics. Utilise all available knowledge sources, procedures and tools available to maintain a level of professionalism.
What you’ll need to do the role:
9. Numerate and literate, with GCSE`s in Maths and English grade A-C or equivalent.
10. Must be able to demonstrate experience in a customer service environment.
11. Previous Experience in a HR Shared Service or phone-based environment is desirable but not essential.
12. Essential technical and professional skills and knowledge.
13. Have excellent communication skills, be flexible and friendly, with a high level of self-motivation & initiative.
14. Strong telephone etiquette.
15. Required to manage time effectively in order to complete heavy workload and meet deadlines.
16. Able to deal with afast-paced environment.
17. Ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining accuracy of workload.
18. Excellent attention to detail, prioritisation and organisational skills.
