This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the school's SEN provision from the ground up, ensuring that all students, regardless of their needs, have access to a high-quality and enriching education.
About the Role:
You will be the lead professional for SEN, providing expert guidance and support to staff, students, and parents.
You will develop and implement a comprehensive SEN policy and strategy, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and best practice.
You will lead the school's SEN team, providing training, support, and guidance to staff on effective SEN practices.
You will work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure that students with SEN receive the appropriate support and interventions.
You will be responsible for the assessment, monitoring, and review of students with SEN, ensuring that their needs are met and their progress is tracked.

A qualified teacher (QTS) with a proven track record of successful teaching and a strong understanding of SEN.
