Female Support Worker
West Malling, Kent
£23,264 per annum (pro rata)
Full Time and part hours - 30hrs per week minimum
Must be fully flexible for all shifts across 7 day week – 7am-2pm/3pm, 2pm/3pm-10pm and Waking Nights
Must hold Full UK Driving License and access to own vehicle
We are looking for Female Support Workers to work with us in West Malling, supporting 7 adults with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge. Individuals need support to enable them to participate in activities around the home and within the community such as swimming, bowling, visiting parks, home visits and weekly shops.
No two days are the same but your day might look like this!
Supporting our people to be engaged in all day to day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.
Supporting our people with social activities, and connecting with family and friends.
Supporting the management of our people’s finances.
Keeping our people’s home clean and fresh, and going shopping.
Providing, and encouraging, personal care.
And enjoying what you do!
Experience in social care is not essential, we provide a full range of accredited and award-winning training programmes at no cost to yourself, including the Health and Social Care Diploma that will really support your career progression.
