What you'll be doing:
1. Supporting Project Management: You'll coordinate project management activities, from project planning and deadline mapping to managing resource requirements. In general, supporting your Project Manager to lead us to successful delivery.
2. Diary Management: You'll manage the coordination of internal account team meetings including briefings, meeting room bookings, diary organisation & follow-ups in collaboration with the Client Services team.
3. Freelancer Coordination: You'll centrally handle the administration of our Croudie (freelancer) Network, including building relationships, communication, briefing work creating and using task templates & seeing them through to successful delivery for clients.
4. Systems Management: Supporting with administration and management of Projects in our agency-management software (Productive). Ensuring everything is set up accurately, managed efficiently and reported on regularly.
5. Communications: You'll do what you say to develop and maintain solid internal stakeholder relationships, ensuring every person in the team knows exactly what’s expected of them at all stages.
Who we're looking for:
1. Highly organised: social is fast, there’s a lot of content and a lot of deadlines so the ability to run a tight ship is a must.
2. Operational experience: you've got experience in an operational role, perhaps as a personal assistant, an administrator or a coordinator in the creative industries.
3. Brilliantly personable: communication is the lifeblood of our business. You love working with people and have a natural ability to handle challenges with charm.
4. You love brands and social media: you're fascinated by brands, how they market themselves and how they use social media to do this.
5. Pride in your work: we treat our client's brands as our own and are meticulous about our approach.
6. Real drive and ambition: you are passionate and ambitious, confident in your ability to adapt to the ever-changing world of social.
