This is a Permanent Full Time, Permanent Part Time, Fixed Term Full Time or Fixed Term Part Time appointment, with the possibility of extension(s)/permanency.
Position Profile: The Child and Adolescent Health Service are seeking an experienced and dynamic candidate to join our Neonatology Administration team at King Edward Memorial Hospital.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support for the Neonatal Follow-Up Program. Your responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating outpatient appointments in liaison with psychology, medical and nursing staff.
* Preparing medical records prior to patient appointments.
* Preparing and organising mailing of patient documents.
* Maintaining and updating mailing lists, patient, hospital and data records as required.
