About the Role: Are you a dynamic and results-driven professional with a passion for sales and the utilities industry? Join our team to help expand our client base nationwide, focusing on gas, water, electric, and fibre services. As a Business Development Manager, you will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and sell our comprehensive utility services. Work closely with our marketing team to generate leads and convert them into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively identify and engage with potential clients across the UK.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
3. Conduct high-volume sales calls and face-to-face meetings.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to maximise lead generation.
5. Utilise CRM systems to manage and track sales activities.
6. Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Essential Criteria:
1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in business-to-business field sales within the utilities infrastructure industry.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer base.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Valid UK driving licence.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Hybrid working arrangement: 1 day per week in the Coventry office, with flexibility for remote working and nationwide travel.
