Business Development Manager | £50k £20k OTE (scaling up to £50k for high-performance) We're looking for a Business Development Manager to proactively develop and close our new customer pipeline. You will be based locally and have a strong background in business development, with experience converting both cold and warm leads. You will have support from experienced colleagues, an Internal Sales Executive, and a team-based company culture focused on delivering the very best for our customers. Salary: £50k base salary £6k car allowance £20k OTE Location: Field-based, with office attendance required weekly in Wolverhampton. Duration: Full time/permanent.
