We are currently hiring an Assistant Store Manager for our store in London. This role will coordinate and lead the store team and related activities in accordance with the guidelines of the Store Manager, ensuring compliance with assigned sales targets, customer satisfaction, and the image of Pronovias.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Foster team motivation.
2. Distribute and share the set objectives with the store team, monitoring them closely.
3. Manage the store team timetable, absences, and corresponding reporting.
4. Coordinate and ensure that different projects and development plans for the store team are applied.
5. Foster team growth to guarantee profitability, acquiring a global business vision.
6. Monitor the results of the store inventories.
7. Organize, coordinate, and monitor the store sales team to guarantee excellent customer service.
8. Organize, coordinate, and monitor the atelier team to ensure that the product is adjusted according to quality and established time, assuring client satisfaction.
9. Organize and supervise the after-sales period (fitting, delivering, ironing, and refitting) of each dress, ensuring client satisfaction during planned fittings.
10. Collaborate with sales consultants in providing advice to customers and helping them make decisions.
11. Provide updated information about the status of the store to the Store Manager for appropriate decision-making.
12. Manage daily appointments planning, fittings, and tasks to ensure proper organization according to human and material resources, assuring client satisfaction.
13. Control available stock to carry out activities to minimize it, as well as increasing or adjusting orders according to customer requests.
14. Inform store staff about possible adjustments in products, prices, IT, etc., to develop their activities satisfactorily.
15. Assure a global store image according to the company internal policy and perform as a PRONOVIAS ambassador.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Good academic background in business and/or fashion design.
2. At least 5-7 years as Assistant Store Manager in bridal or ready-to-wear luxury brands, experienced in managing large teams.
3. Experience managing a P&L, working with KPIs, and a good level in Excel (analytics, reporting, action plan development).
4. Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
