Job: Customer Service & Sales Coordinator (Hybrid Remote London NW7) Approx £20k-£25k benefits 09.30 15.30 ( flexibility for right candidate) with potential to increase hours in the future 5 days per week. 3-4 days working from home, 1-2 days visiting their office (Mill Hill NW7) This company is an award-winning Technology Company driving sales across numerous territories. They are a small but dynamic business that specialises in designing and bringing to market unique electronic products.Theyre looking for a person (about 6 hours a day initially) to help them with various aspects of admin but also to be focused on customer services and liaising with their warehouse to ensure orders are fulfilled and customers are happy. Daily tasks: Check and release website sales orders to warehouse Check online warehouse system at end of day to ensure all orders processed Invoice daily sales in accounting system Check incoming emails from customers and respond to questions. When appropriate: Organise replacements Credits Generating new sales orders (FOC Replacement) Searching for order via warehouse track and trace online system Refunds Maintaining Excel schedule of returns / replacements for stock management Customer service emails, Phone queries, social media message response Weekly Tasks: Validate stock reports at warehouse to Loc8tor system reports, investigate any differences Bi-weekly visits to office to collect and sort any customer returns Collating CN22 and other export / import documentation in HMRC file Liaise with trade customers and organise shipment of goods, pro-forma invoice and tracking information from their warehouse Follow up with DHL on any shipment issues Maintain external warehouse representatives relationship Raising claims with warehouse and logging on excel file Shipping stock to Amazon Organising product stock updates with warehouse (Bundles) Excluded initially Anything to do with Amazon apart from shipping stock to SagePay/ PayPal refunds Purchase orders Goods In (KT shipments, customs, warehouse etc.) Applicant requirements: Customer service experience of at least 5 years Good working knowledge of MS Outlook and Excel Clear, friendly telephone voice, good written communication Experience of working with an accounting package previously an advantage Other Stuff: NB: for non-UK Citizens: we cannot accept applications from anyone requiring sponsorship (now or in the future) for UK permanent employment status.If you are using a work visa this must allow you to work in the UK unrestricted for at least the next 5 years.
