You will be required to create designs, digital and print collateral, from internal stakeholder briefs and adhering to brand guidelines, and commercially contribute to the delivery of a strong and consistent brand identity, creating effective communication materials that attract and engage with our audience. You will be reporting to the Team Lead and working closely with the designers, videographers and motion graphic artists. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your design skills within a committed and talented team. - Assist in the creation and development of design concepts for various projects. - Collaborate with team members to produce design solutions that meet client requirements. - Support the design team in preparing presentations and proposals. - Conduct research to stay current with industry trends and incorporate them into design projects. - Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute design ideas. - Help maintain the organisation and updating of design files and resources. - Respond to feedback and make necessary adjustments to design work. - A strong interest in design and a desire to pursue a career in the field. - Basic knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is preferred. - Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. - A portfolio showcasing previous design work or school projects is a plus. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies.
