Job Overview: My client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership. This role encompasses a wide array of responsibilities, including health and safety compliance, facilities management, diary organisation, and event planning. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid role, 3 days in the office, 2 days at home Key Responsibilities: Health and Safety: Ensure the workplace complies with all health and safety regulations. Conduct regular risk assessments and maintain up-to-date safety records. Liaise with external providers to organise health and safety training sessions. Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and operation of office facilities, ensuring a safe and functional environment. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, upgrades, and supplies. Manage office resources efficiently, including equipment and space allocation. Diary Management: Organise and maintain senior leadership calendars, ensuring effective time management. Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Prepare agendas and provide relevant briefing materials for scheduled events. Event Planning and Coordination: Plan and execute company events, including meetings, conferences, and celebrations. Manage budgets and logistics for events, ensuring all details align with company goals. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality outcomes. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
